01 · Why Resend

Resend was one of the first companies I fell in love with. The design system, the minimal feel, and the focus on email infrastructure drew me in when I was building my first projects, even before Resend became the cool kid on the block.

I love the idea of keeping the team small, listening closely to customer requests, and continuing to ship meaningful features end to end. At Palm, I sit with customers every day, own their requests, and deploy features from first conversation to production. That is the same mentality I want to bring to Resend.

A developer-first email-template marketplace with live previews, a render-and-send REST API, custom domains, and creator monetization. I launched it before Resend Templates existed because it was a product I wanted as a Resend user.

  • Own customer requests from daily conversations through implementation and production release.
  • Shipped Cash Balances & Positions from spec to GA in under a week; the finance lead called it “the most intuitive and easy way to present it.”
  • Built an AI bank-statement parser that converted weeks of manual onboarding into the default enterprise pipeline at roughly 90–95% accuracy.
